MP-Web Obligation Condition Status

The Obligation Status allows for users to objectively set the status of an Obligation Condition(s) and then this can feed up into the Obligation for reporting and comparison.  

The compliance status of an Obligation Condition can be set from within an Obligation. You can set these using two fields the Significant field and the Compliant field.

An Obligation Condition can be highlighted with a compliance status using a standard traffic light system based on the following:

Red - Non Compliant and Significant

Amber - Non Compliant and not Significant

Green - Compliant

The status is displayed against the Obligation Condition. The Obligation inherits the status from the most non-compliant Obligation Condition.
