Downloading Visits - Sample Templates
Downloading Visits using Sample Templates
Unlike with Monitoring Schedules created from selected Variables users will not be prompted for a Data Source if the Monitoring Schedule is constructed using Sample Templates. The Visit will just download and the Sample Template setup will manage the use of the correct Data Source.
Sample templates can be used in Monitoring Schedules. Set the mode under the
Variables tab and associate the relevant Sample Templates to the Monitoring Schedule. In this mode, you won’t need to associate any Data Sources as this is already saved within the Sample Template. Unlike before where in some situations it was required to split out field and lab derived variables, because pH or EC was completed in the field and in a lab, now these can be all included in one Schedule. A single Schedule can contain data that may be completed in the field and at multiple labs and better differentiate the data when it is returned on import.
