Downloading Visits - General
Accessing Visits in MP-Field
Downloaded Visits
Any Visits which have already been downloaded onto this device will be available (the two Schedules shown below as an example). If none are present then they will need to be downloaded to start collecting data.
Multiple Databases
MP-Field will link to the MonitorPro database(s) the user has access to. It will then make accessible available Visits to be downloaded. If there are multiple databases and the user has access the user will be asked to select which database to download Visits from.
If there is only one database MP-Field will take the user directly to the correct page.
Users have the option to then view all ‘Current’ Visits or all ‘Historic’ Visits.
Downloading New Visits
All current Visits download the next or current Visit records in the monitoring cycle. For example, a daily Schedule would download the current day, where a monthly would be the Visit for that current month.
Checked out Visits
The current Visits of each monitoring Schedule are listed and show information which includes if they have already been checked out by another user and the percentage complete.
Visits with the green tick icon have already been downloaded onto the device and are ready to record data offline.
Visits that have been already been checked out by another user will be highlighted with the person icon and a warning presented when downloading They can still be downloaded but care needs to be taken to ensure that duplication of monitoring is not going to happen as someone else has the Visit downloaded onto another device.
