Monitoring Types
First-time access
Accessing MP-Field for the first time on a new device
The first time a user accesses MP-Field from a new device they will be asked to provide a device name. This can be the formal device/PC name or a suitable name created by the user. This name will be used to track where Visits have been downloaded and this information is recorded in the database for auditing when Visits are uploaded.
Users will also be prompted to allow MP-Field to record their position. If you would like MP-Field to record where readings have been taken users should agree to this.
Note
This can be later updated in your device's settings but it is much easier to allow this access when prompted.
