MP-Web Scheduled Tasks Introduction
An introduction to Scheduled Tasks in MP-Web
The Task Scheduler is used to track non-data-bound events or to simplify the tracking of data-bound events typically tracked via the Monitoring Scheduler. Typical use cases are setting reminders to actions for specific users to complete on a set frequency. The Task Scheduler can also be used to automate content from the system to other stakeholders outside the system. Content can be sent in several ways, such as via email or file.
Scheduled Tasks can be managed from the side Menu of MP-Web for all Supervisors and above users who have at least an Essential licence.
